Cyclist, 69, struck by car in fatal NW Harris crash Frank Stafford Campbell, identified by family members, was riding his bike with two other bicyclists north on Stokes around 8:45 a.m. as the group approached an intersection on Waller Spring Creek Road, Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities said.
Memorial service will be held on Sat. Dec. 5 at 11am in the chapel of Houston's First Baptist Church, 7401 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77024.
Thank you for all the comments about Dad. It means so much to see how much he was loved and cared about. He brought joy to everyone he knew. He will be greatly miss...ed but will live on in the hearts of so many people.
