Review the Club Charter & Bylaws
HP Employee Programs require a Liability Release Form (online) be completed once a year prior to participating in any sponsored activity. Print a copy of the completed Liability Release Form.
Attach the waiver form to the completed membership form and submit to the club Treasurer/Membership contact.

Employees of HP may participate in HP Cycling Club activities at their own risk. Individuals who take prescription medication or have any medical condition for which exercise could pose an excessive risk (such as diabetes) should not participate without first consulting with their physician. Individuals seeking to participate in Cycling Club activities must inform an officer if they have any medical condition which may pose a danger to themselves or others. Cycling Club rules include: Approved helmets are required on all Cycling Club rides A completed and current Liability Release Form must be on file with the Cycling Club All personal belongings are the sole responsibility of said person Cycling Club participants must comply with this policy and the rules of the Cycling Club Participation is contingent upon completing the Membership Application and Liability Release Form. Membership is revocable at any time by HP.
