HP is looking for volunteers and riders for the American Diabetes TOUR de CURE, coming up on Saturday September 24th. If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact Debbie Paliwoda (Debbie.Paliwoda@hp.com). There are several volunteer opportunities both before and during the ride.

Hi Volunteers -
Thank you so much for coming out last night to our orientation. I hope you found it helpful and informative! I have uploaded the powerpoint here with updated volunteer assignments. I think we are looking good for support overall.
Please note I still have two volunteer opportunities for folks if they are interested:
1. CoP baggage pick-up for out of town riders. Volunteer will need to arrive by 5:15am (I-10 & Eldridge area). Should be able to leave by 7am and head to La Grange to drop bags. Perk is you will be forced to arrive in La Grange before traffic gets heavy AND I’ll get you a highly-prized fairgrounds parking pass.
2. We can always use more help on tent set-up so if you have any young teens or friends looking to help out, they are more than welcome.
For anyone who does not have a t-shirt already, please note we will have t-shirts available at the Carbo-Load on next Thursday (4/14) at Hasta la Pasta on Stuebner & Cypresswood from 5:30-7:30pm. OR you can pick them at La Grange tent.
See you in La Grange! AND THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!
- Cara, Team HP MS150 Captain
Hi Riders – Here is the link for the slides we reviewed last night. If you were unable to make the meeting at Lupe’s on Monday March 28th, please review these slides to answer any questions you might have.
Don’t forget about our Carbo-Load dinner on Thursday April 14 at Hasta La Pasta. See you there!
