Tour De Cure – Sept 22nd

It’s time to register for the Houston Tour de Cure.  Our team is currently 40 members strong – and growing!   It is truly wonderful to see Hewlett Packard employees and friends stepping up to support this great organization – through both the HP cycling team and Hewlett Packard’s involvement as the Technology Sponsor again this year.

In addition, we have two other sponsors that are supporting us for this year’s ride – First Tech Credit Union and MidTown Engineers.

Please sign up AND get back to me (derek.dover@hp.com) with your jersey size before May 23rd.   One perk that we are offering our riders this year is a custom jersey (limited to 50 jerseys) designed just for this event – at no cost to you.   We will be placing the order soon – so we need to know your jersey size.   For those that ordered Team HP jerseys this year – the sizing will be identical.  Our vendor – Peak 1 – offers both Men’s and Women’s XS to XXXL.   So, please respond with your gender and size preference.   Example: Women’s Small or Men’s XL.

Also, don’t forget that this ride has some really achievable fund-raising goals/prizes.   For just $250, you start qualifying for some very nice gifts.   For the full listing of gift levels, see http://adatdc.summitmg.com/adatdc12/default.asp.

Congrats to everybody that completed the 2012 MS150!  Saturday was a huge challenge with the relentless headwind, but Sunday turned out to be a spectacular day weather wise making the arrival into Austin truly memorable.

HFCU to sponsor Team HP jersey again in 2012

HFCU will be sponsoring the Team HP jersey again 2012.  Their support is critical to keeping the rider cost down for the MS-150.   Next time you visit your local HFCU, be sure to thank them for their support.   Or, check them out on Facebook.   Visit the Team HP Store to buy your gear now.
